The allotments are owned and managed by the Greenwich Council with a local site representative who is also an allotment holder.
The Council:
- Maintains the wait list,
- Sends invoices and tracks payment,
- Mows the median grass strip and access road,
- Supplies the water,
- Carries out any repairs and maintenance to fences or water tanks.

The site representative:
- Shows prospective new allotment holders the relevant sites,
- Advises Council of any issues for them to deal with,
- Inspects the plots on a regular basis with the Council officers,
- Liaises with allotment holders with any issues they may have.
